What is the contract length?
RocketFuel Recharge requires a 6-month minimum commitment. Contact sales for details.
How does the per-package rate work?
Per-package pricing is volume-tiered, applied on top of your monthly subscription. Under 1,000 packages per month: $0.03 per package. Between 1,000 and 10,000 packages per month: $0.02 per package. Over 10,000 packages per month: $0.01 per package. Volume is calculated monthly across all your brand customers.
How does the recharge model work?
Your brand customers fund their own recharge balance. Your subscription covers the platform. Every shipment draws against the customer’s prepaid balance in real time.
